As closely as a screen allows. Pieces are photographed in daylight without filters. If colour matters for an occasion, ask for a video on WhatsApp before you buy.

Often, yes. Describe it on WhatsApp: the weave, the colour, the occasion. The founder will watch for it and write when something turns up.

Within India, pieces are dispatched within 2–3 working days, insured and tracked, and usually arrive 3–7 working days after dispatch. Shipping within India is free. The tracking link is sent by email and WhatsApp.

We do not take returns. Every piece is checked by hand before it is folded and packed.

If a saree reaches you damaged, it is exchanged. Record one continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened, from the sealed package onwards, and send it on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. The video is how the damage is confirmed, so an exchange cannot be arranged without it.

Yes. The shipping charge for your country is shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Yes. Every piece is woven by hand on a loom, which is why small irregularities in the weave and slight variations in colour are part of the cloth. They are the mark of the hand, not a flaw.

Most pieces do. Each product page says so under Blouse piece, with its length.

Not at present. Pieces are sent as they come off the loom, and any local tailor can add fall and pico in a day or two.
