Refund policy

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +91 99955 57542 or write to hello@lakshmikaweaves.com with your order number. The full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned as described below.

Returns and exchanges

A piece can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has its tag intact. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +91 99955 57542 or write to hello@lakshmikaweaves.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Within India, a pickup is arranged free of charge. For orders delivered outside India, the piece must be sent back by the buyer, at the buyer's cost, using a tracked service.

Handwoven cloth carries small irregularities in weave and slight variations in colour. These are part of the cloth and are not treated as defects.

Refunds

Once the returned piece is received and checked, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few further days to show it. Exchanges are dispatched once the returned piece is received.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a piece arrives damaged or is not the piece you ordered, send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery. It will be replaced, or refunded in full, including any shipping charges.
