Store folded in muslin, away from light, and refold every few months so the zari does not crease.
Woven by hand, so small irregularities in the weave and slight variations in colour are part of the cloth, not flaws in it.

How it's made
Every thread of the warp and the weft is tied and dyed to the design before weaving, and the two are lined up on the loom so the pattern meets exactly. It is one of the slowest ways to make a saree, and both faces of the cloth are the same.

Free shipping within India, dispatched in 2–3 working days, insured and tracked. International shipping available. Free cancellation before dispatch.
We do not take returns. A piece that arrives damaged is exchanged, with an unboxing video as proof.
Within India. Every piece is dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order, insured and tracked, and usually arrives 3–7 working days after dispatch. Shipping within India is free. The tracking link is sent by email and on WhatsApp.
Outside India. International shipping is available. The shipping charge for your country is shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed when the parcel leaves. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the recipient.
Cancellations. An order can be cancelled free of charge at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Message the founder on WhatsApp at +91 99955 57542 or write to hello@lakshmikaweaves.com.
Returns and exchanges. A piece can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with its tag intact. Within India, a free pickup is arranged; for international orders, the piece is sent back at the buyer's cost. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the piece being received.
Pieces altered after delivery cannot be returned. If something arrives damaged, send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and it will be replaced or refunded in full.
